Great hotel, with kind and professional crew, The free shuttle service was very convenient, The view is amazing. The breakfast was really good with great quality and quantity.

We visited Elessa Hotel for our honeymoon and it was the perfect hotel to completely switch off from our busy lives and really enjoy our time away. The village of Pygros is much quieter than the busy towns of Fira and Oia which were still easily accessible via taxi or bus for visiting. We loved the hotels pool area with some impressive views and a relaxed feel. The staff at the hotel are very attentive and all very welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The sunrise view from the hotel is amazing, to see the sunset you can take short walk up to the castle of Pygros and many of the local restaurant /bars have views towards the caldera and Fira. The private pool/hot tub on the balcony is an extra bonus. The breakfast menu is varied with all bases covered depending on your preferences , everything is made fresh and cooked to your order. We had an excellent stay at Elessa Hotel

The property was beautiful, the people working there were absolutely lovely and so helpful. As a solo traveller this was the perfect place to stay. The breakfast included is delicious and so copious, you can take up to three choices, you will be full until late afternoon believe me! The staff helped me find a car to rent and were always available for me if I had any questions. Definitely recommend staying there!

The food is superb and the service is natural and genuine. I was very warmly welcomed by the team and they were very attentive. Thank you to Markella for the welcome and advice, the bar/ restaurant staff for the professional service and the chef for his fantastic food. The housekeeping team are all so friendly and prompt. Particular mention for Christina who kindly checked in with me every day, offering great advice and tips on the island. She helped me rent a car and organised a boat trip and my transfers for the airport. Divino Caldera is a very special hotel and I would highly recommend it for a break.

Gorgeous property. Amazing view. Very friendly staff. Perfect location. Fira is just a shuttle ride away, then from there you can take a local bus to anywhere on the island. Will stay here again if I am ever in Santorini.

I couldn’t rave any more about the girls that run this hotel!! They were the most friendly accommodating hosts I have ever met !! Anything you need or ask they immediately were on it to assist me☺️ the breakfast every morning was fabulous! The coffee machine made the best drinks I have ever had! The hotel was loooooovely and Haris the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. She told us everything we needed to know about the island and the easiest ways to get around etc. We were upgraded to a suite with a private pool and it was SO GOOD. I was concerned to begin with as there aren’t many sunbeds around the main pool for the amount of people in the hotel but when we had our own it was perfect!! There was also another very helpful lady who told us it would be 60€ to the port but when she rung she managed to get it down to 40€ which was another nice touch (rather than just telling us that’s what the price was). We loved it so much we enquired about staying another night but with already having another hotel in Ios booked and paid for, it just wasn’t worth the extra cost :( some of my friends have already booked to stay at the end of August on my recommendation!

Charisma Suites went above and beyond with their service. We absolutely loved it! Breakfast was fantastic and fresh every morning. The entire stay was exceptional! The GM Manos was unlike any other hotel manager we have met. Attentive to detail, genuine, and thoughtful…he made our stay super memorable. His team has also been trained well and they were friendly and very attentive. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The sunset from Vezene (the restaurant in the hotel) is the best on the entire island and the food there is also exceptional! The pool, spa, breakfast, employees, rooms… all were outstanding! The beach property is beautiful with delectable cushions and service for your every need, but with the lovely saltwater pool, I scarcely wanted to leave the pool to go to the beach side of the property! Our plunge pool was perfect for an evening dip after a long day, and the staff took excellent care of us from the time we stepped out of our car. Going above and beyond they were friendly and kind and very responsive. 15/10 !

Everything was exceptional! Best hotel experience ever! Very difficult to explain how perfect it was✨❤️ Probably one of the very best hotels in Santorini, and the restaurant was amazing. Service level from the staff is unbelievably good. A must-visit!
